See the website makeover for a Warsaw-based brick-and-mortar florist. I transformed an outdated site into an elegant, stunning online store that not only showcases premium bouquets but, most importantly, makes it easy for customers to quickly order flowers for delivery.
How I turned a florist's website into an order-taking machine
Różany Zakątek is a unique florist from Warsaw's Mokotów, creating wedding floristry, event decorations, flower boxes, and occasional compositions. The previous version of the website was passive — it looked nice, but made it difficult to explore the offer and order bouquets. The redesign had one main goal: to delight with aesthetics and make quick contact and purchase as easy as possible for customers.
Ordering without unnecessary steps: Instead of redirecting customers to a separate contact subpage, I pulled the full order form directly onto the homepage. Now, submitting an inquiry for a custom-made bouquet or wedding arrangements takes only a few seconds.
Strong quick contact buttons: At the very top and in key sections, visible buttons for immediate phone calls appeared — perfect for people who need flowers "right now" with delivery within Warsaw.
Clear display of bouquets: I created clear product cards with prices and a clean division into occasions (weddings, events, flower boxes), so the customer immediately knows what they are choosing.
Live Instagram gallery: I wove an Instagram photo section into the website's structure. People who are still hesitant can preview the latest daily creations from the studio, which builds trust and encourages following the brand.

The effect? An elegant, light, and feminine website that emphasizes the premium quality of the florist, builds local credibility, and ensures that customers go straight from the offer to the form or the phone line.
