§1 Data Controller
The controller of personal data is Izabela Miodunka, conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with Art. 5 of the Act on Entrepreneurs' Law, service address: Chrząstów 58 39-331 Chrząstów, e-mail: kontakt@miodovedesign.pl (hereinafter: "Controller").
The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
§2 Scope of processed data
The Controller may process the following data:
first and last name,
e-mail address,
billing data (if provided),
IP address,
data contained in the contact form,
order-related data.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order or reply to an inquiry.
§3 Purposes and legal grounds for processing
The data are processed for the following purposes:
Order fulfillment – Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
Handling inquiries from the contact form – Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).
Issuing accounting documents – Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation).
Possible establishment or assertion of claims – Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
§4 Data recipients
The data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller, in particular:
hosting company,
accounting entities (if applicable).
These entities process data based on data processing agreements or as independent controllers.
§5 Data retention period
The data are processed for the period of:
the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period required by law (e.g. tax laws),
until the statute of limitations for claims,
in the case of data processed on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal.
§6 Rights of the data subject
Every person has the right to:
access to data,
their rectification,
erasure,
restriction of processing,
data portability,
object,
withdraw consent at any time.
The person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
